Chef Chiarello joins Emeril Lagasse and his all-star lineup of top Chefs and Vintners for the Emeril Lagasse Foundation's 8th Annual Carnivale du Vin, November 2 & 3, 2012, in New Orleans. The event raised nearly $2 million in 2010 and has invested more than $4 million in non-profits that support children’s causes focusing on culinary arts, school food and nutrition, and arts and education programs.
